Cooking Up Compassion is spicier than ever with a new location and a new date!
To celebrate our 5th year and the opening of our new building CUC will be held on Thursday, May 13, 2010 at our new campus at 2450 North Harvard. Over the past four years we have raised an estimated $2 million dollars at this event! CUC creates awareness of the work of Catholic Charities and raises funds for our mission of serving those who suffer in our midst. The evening will include delicious appetizers from local chefs, a fabulous dinner and a live auction. Another highlight this year will be personal tours of the new facility to see firsthand what Catholic Charities has to offer to those we serve.
Last year 50,000 people were served by our twelve programs (soon to be 14) within Tulsa and northeastern Oklahoma. With the challenging economy, even more people will need our services next year. With your support Catholic Charities will continue its good work assisting those in need.
