Padre Pio Emergency Assistance Program, which provides food, clothing, and social service assistance to 35,500 people annually. Padre Pio services will be available on Tuesday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and closed on Mondays. 75 people will be seen each day. Services will also be available Tuesday evenings from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (food and clothing only; no financial assistance) and the third Saturday of each month from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 am (food and clothing only; no financial assistance). Immigration Services, which helps people obtain legal documentation and citizenship in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and provides legal assistance regarding immigration issues. Immigration Services requests that people call Monday through Friday for consultation appointments at this direct-dial number: 918.508.7180. Consultations are scheduled for Thursdays and clients are assisted further on other days by appointment.
Migration & Refugee Services coordinates the transitional needs of refugees being resettled by the US State Department, including housing, food, and job placement. This program is housed in the Immigration Services building, and the hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please call for an appointment; the direct-dial number is 918.508.7182.
Xavier Medical Clinic is a partnership with Saint Francis Health System. This medical clinic provides medical care to patients without health insurance or other access to health care. Patients should arrive on Wednesdays at 8:00 am unless otherwise directed. The direct line is: 918.508.7190.
Xavier Pregnancy Services provides prenatal and obstetric care for women. Initial appointments are Thursdays, starting at 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Walk-ins are welcome. For appointments, call Babyline at 918.838.0694 and request Xavier Pregnancy Services with Catholic Charities. Apply for Medicaid at initial appointment. Translation is provided at ob appointments and delivery. Partnership with St. Francis Health System. Located in Xavier Medical Clinic on campus.
Adoption Services assists women with unplanned pregnancies with adoption. Assists prospective adoptive parents with domestic and international adoptions. The hours are 9:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday-Friday, and the direct-dial number is 918.508.7130. Pregnant? After hours, call 978-4673.
Madonna House is for women who are pregnant and above the age of 18. This residential and transitional program assists women and their newborn children. Staffed 24 hours a day/ seven days a week, call 918.508.7140. After regular business hours, please call 918.978.HOPE (4673).
St. Elizabeth Lodge is a transitional housing and support service program for working, homeless families with a goal of independence and fulfilling family relationships. The direct line is 918.508.7146.
Rachel’s Vineyard Retreat Program provides support and healing to those struggling with the effects of abortion. The direct line is 918.508.7142 or after hours 918.978.HOPE (4673). ALL calls are confidential. Future retreats are scheduled for February 19-21 and November 5-7, 2010. Individual counseling is also available.
Professional Counseling Offers comprehensive personal, marriage, and family counseling by licensed professionals. Counseling is by appointment only and may be scheduled for weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or evening hours by request. Please call the direct line at 918.508.7131
Mother Teresa Dental Care Center is a new service located in our Xavier Medical Clinic building; we provide general dental care and restorative care for those without insurance. Appointments are required; office hours for initial examinations are on Tuesdays. People in need should call the Dental Center at 918.508.7191 to make an appointment for an initial examination, and should leave a message with their phone number(s) if necessary.

St. Joseph Residence is an independent program that is supported by Catholic Charities. It is a residence for people suffering from HIV/AIDS, and continues operation at its current location on North Denver Avenue. The direct phone number is 918.587-6456.
Rural Outreach Program, which provides the services of Catholic Charities to people in other cities in Eastern Oklahoma, including Sallisaw, Muskogee, Poteau, Tahlequah, Hugo, and McAlester.
